There are many parts to your HVAC system that should be cleaned every year by a professional. Sometimes service is recommended every 6 months depending on the use and conditions of the environment. Routine maintenance helps prevent your equipment from malfunctioning which can cause duct work build up and potential mold growth, along with water damage caused by excess moisture.  

Our team recently helped a local family in Emporia, VA when the condensation overflow switch failed on their HVAC systems condensation pan. Unfortunately the condensation pan filled up and overflowed, this caused water damage to all three levels of the home. It started in the attic, leading to the bedroom on the second floor, and on down to the living room on the first floor!
